Steps to Creating a Blog Post
- Click on New Post in the right hand corner; give your post a title “The Man Who Walked Between the Towers,” a review by Amy Moser
- In the space provided, right click using your mouse and select “Paste” from the drop down menu – but do not post yet…
Researching your Wonders
- Using http://www.portaportal.com/ and the World Wide Web, navigate to find answers to your Wonders (questions)
- PortaPortal: Guest Access (right hand side)
- Type moser405 then “visit”
- Find the folder The Man Who Walked Between the Towers
- Click on sources to find answers to your questions: be sure to give credit to the source in your blog response! (use mine as an example!)
- You may also explore other sites via the Web
Connecting with your classmates and researching your wonders…
- After you post, read through your classmates posts and reply to at least one post by writing a comment
- Make a connection with their post
- Ask them a question about their post
- Answer their question using information you find on the web or using what your already know
- Clarify any misunderstandings
